Shipping methods and delivery times

We ship with different providers, depending on the needs of the customer, we use UPS, USPS, and FedEx for orders placed in the United States. Delivery time may subject to delay cause shipping methods. 

Items are shipped 3-5 business days.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to PO. Boxes.

Missing or lost package

I-BEC is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Shipping is insured for $50. Since all order is unique, we may provide support for depending on the situation.

International shipping

DHL provides shipping for international shipping, and times of shipment and delivery may vary based on the shipping provider.

Return and exchange information

Returns for non-functioning and damaged products are accepted. If a return occurs, the shipping cost is on buyer expenses. We do not refund the initial shipping cost. To file a return or exchange please contact us at Info@i-bec.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We warrant this product to the original owner to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

One (1) year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. Filter change must be done every (1) year if heavily utilized. We do not recommend any unionized maintenance service.

Within the warranty period we shall repair or replace such products, which are returned to us with shipping charges prepaid and which are determined by us to be defective. This warranty will not apply to any product, which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident; or misapplied; or modified; or repaired by unauthorized person; or improperly installed. Warranty will be null and void if any of the product’s original labels are removed.

The Buyer shall inspect the product promptly after receipt and shall notify us at our main office in writing of claims, including claims of breach of warranty, within thirty (30) days after the Buyer discovers or should have discovered the facts upon which the claim is based. Failure of the Buyer to give written notice of a claim within the time period shall be deemed to be a waiver of such claim.

We further disclaim any responsibility whatsoever to the customer, or to any person for injury to person, damage to, or loss of property or value caused by any product which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident; or modified or repaired by unauthorized persons; or improperly installed. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages; losses or expenses arising from the contract for this product, or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our product for any purpose whatsoever.
